Coronation Protocol

• Submission for electronic protocol is STRONGLY encouraged and can be sent to protocol@icfwa.org by July 18th, 2025
• ICFWA adheres to the one walk rule with your highest ranking title. Only titles bestowed by Regent Emperor 44 Robert Buckner and Empress 44 Kodii St. John, Queen Mother I of the Americas, Nicole the Great, and those sanctioned by our founder, Jose I, will be allowed. All other titles will be red lined as will affiliations with houses and societies.
• Personal titles (such as Purple Passion Emperor) will be limited to reigning monarchs ONLY. Please note that NO dynastic names will be allowed. We ask that you use the name that you are customarily introduced with at your own court functions.
• As always, ICFWA reserves the right to edit protocol as necessary and the final decision is that of our Prime Minister of Protocol: Regent Emperor 44 Robert Buckner, rerkb73@sbcglobal.net/817-821-1128.
